KUSP is a research oriented summer program.
KUSP participants will be expected to focus on individual or team research projects for about 40 hours per
week under guidance and supervision of CAPP scientists. At the end of the program, all KUSP participants will
be required to submit a written report and present a poster on their research carried out during the program.
Although the scientific research is the main activity, there will be a series of introductory lectures related
to the CAPP research areas, discussion sessions, project meetings, tours to famous Korean laboratories, field
trips to some of the many beautiful and famous places in Korea, and a workshop on how to prepare for reports.
There will also be a Korean Language and Culture course for non-Korean students.
